Analytics Roundtable Zurich: A Data Layer for the Lufthansa Group: How to Communicate Across Silos

Laura Hornbake (Team Leader Analytics and Conversion Optimization at Swiss International Airlines) will talk about the process of creating a universal data layer for the Lufthansa Group (Lufthansa, Swiss, and Austrian airlines). 

She will describe how this fits into larger goals: reorganizing and collaborating better as a Group, communicating across teams, and breaking down existing data silos.
