Python 3.0 was released in December 2008. For the first couple of years, only a few libraries were ported to the new language. This is vastly different now and most if not all big libraries now have solid Python 3 support.
This talk will show you how to start using Python 3 today. We'll go through setting up a Python 3 development environment on a system where Python 2 is the default interpreter.
We will also touch on the main differences between Python 2.x and Python 3.
